9522 Hanging Cable Dispenser - (Datasheet)

The Greenlee 9522 is the new way to dispense NM type cables. It can be hung from virtually anything—ceiling joists, a nail, or a ladder lock arm. It holds a full spool of NM or MC cable (up to 75 lbs.), and it spins to dispense the wire easily and evenly without overrunning. When the job is done, it can be collapsed, folded, and stored in the included bag so it takes up little space on a truck or in a storage box. The 9522 is made from aluminum tubing, steel hooks and joint plates, and tough nylon straps. It only weighs 3-1/2 lbs. so it is easy to move around a jobsite.

4024, 4036 and 4048 Conveyor Sheaves - (Datasheet)

The new Greenlee conveyor sheaves feature solid side plates without a steel framework. Without the framework, they are much easier to use when going around corners or when going into vaults, and they are lighter in weight for easier handling. The new sheaves are available in 24”, 36”, and 48” radii so they can be matched to the minimum bend radius of the cable. The new sheave assemblies all use 6” diameter x 5” wide sheaves to accommodate large diameter cables. Each conveyor sheave assembly is equipped with two yoke and hook assemblies for ease in attaching to building and vault structures.

ES1000 Battery Powered Cable Cutter - (Datasheet)

With the ES1000, cutting copper and aluminum cable is fast and easy. Simply wrap the blade around the cable and pull the trigger. In about 8 seconds it will cleanly cut 1000 kcmil copper and aluminum cable, and with a 2-1/8" diameter blade opening, it easily cuts jacketed underground cables. The ES1000’s light weight (under 7-1/2 pounds) and small size (only 14-3/4" long) makes it easy to store on a truck, carry to the jobsite, and operate in tight spaces. The ES1000 is equipped with a forward/reverse lever so that if you change your mind about cutting a cable, you can shift the lever and fully open the blades. The blades on the ES1000 are extra thick so they don’t flex during a cut and they are precision ground. This combination results in thousands of smooth cuts.

 The new Greenlee 718HL cable cutter has a unique “double joint” that multiplies the force exerted by the operator.
